Léon and I would like to take this opportunity
to thank everyone who tried to help Léon. Unfortunately Léon
did not survive his illness. However, he and I hope that
this website
will enable others to learn from his journey, and, ultimately,
to make the world a healthier and safer place in which to
live.
He and I would also like to thank everyone who has been instrumental in creating this website. Your time and knowledge is greatly appreciated.
Many thanks to all of those involved in the writing and publication of
Léon's paper, "Fibrosarcoma
with Typical Features of Postinjection Sarcoma at Site of Microchip Implant
in a Dog: Histologic and Immunohistochemical Study." While some laboratories considered additional testing of his tissue samples to be too "laborious," the authors of Léon's
paper welcomed the opportunity to review his reports and test his tissue
samples.
Thank you to everyone who has compiled data, written and spoken about the topics
discussed on this website. Your work has assisted us greatly.
Léon and I would also like to thank the reader for visiting this
website. We encourage you to do your own research whenever possible,
to ask questions and to strive for the truth. We also encourage you to
discuss Léon's
story with others. We hope that you will be part of the solution instead
of being part of the problem in the quest for all men, women and creatures
to enjoy a healthy, happy and fruitful life.
A special thank you to a very unique group of people that has been instrumental
in enriching the lives of Léon, me and countless others. Words
cannot express our gratitude to you for your unwavering support and eternal
love.
Your example of courage and your dedication to the truth are superlative.
And last, but certainly not least, thank you to Léon the French
Bulldog who is the inspiration of this website. It has been an honour
and a privilege
to travel the road of life with you, paw in hand, by my side. You are
one of the few, rare treasures who has accessed my heart.
